This one was a great burner. Starts off nice and easy, but come 12th and 13th round it starts to get to you. This workout of the day (WOD) takes 20-minutes to complete. Start off by doing 1 pull-up in the 1st minute, followed by 2 pull-ups at the 2nd minute, 3 PU at the 3rd minute… etc, etc and try to make it to 20 pullups in the 20th minute.
This was my first time doing this workout, and made it to the 18th minute (171 pull-ups in 18 minutes). I couldn’t continue because my hand started to bleed profusely from a huge callous flapper! Ewww! Don’t worry, I wiped the bar down after
