Quick 20-minute Workout

Tight on time, no worries, you can always get a quick workout in.  Try this quick 20 minute-burner next time you want a quick workout.

  • 15 minutes of skipping (no stopping);
  • followed immediately by a 5-min Cindy.

Cindy, in case you aren’t familiar with this Crossfit classic, is when you try to complete as many rounds in 20-minutes of the following exercise set: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups then 15 body weight squats.

In my 5-minute Cindy, I was able to rip off 6 and 1/2 rounds (didn’t get through my 7th set of push-ups).

So all in all, this was a great 20-minute workout and had me sweating buckets.
