Navy Seal workout kicked my ass

Great mantra from Orange Coast Crossfit

Don’t know what i was thinking today but I woke up feeling pretty good after a week of healthy eating and regular WOD’s.  So decided to give a Crossfit workout from www.navyseals.com a go… big mistake! LOL.

Warm-up:

  • 2 Rounds of 3-minutes of skipping; followed by 50 air squats

Workout:

5 rounds for Time of the following:

  • 10 x Burpees
  • 20 x 24″ Box jumps
  • 30 x Push-ups
  • 40 x air squats (butt to medicine ball)
  • 50 x lunges (25 per leg)

Total time for my workout was 35:21

I’m totally spent but feel great!  Give it a go and post comments to time.
