Deadlifts, Ring Dips and Pull-ups… just another day at the office

Today was a quick burner as I was tight on time, but staying true to my commitment to get back in shape I persevered.

The

Workout of the Day (WOD) was 5 rounds for time of the following exercise set:

  • 10 x Body Weight Dead lifts (225lbs)
  • 10 x Ring Dips
  • 10 x Static Pull-ups (no kipping)

Total workout time was 18:57 (definitely not my best, but respectable considering where I’m at right now).
