Today was a quick burner as I was tight on time, but staying true to my commitment to get back in shape I persevered.
The
Workout of the Day (WOD) was 5 rounds for time of the following exercise set:
Total workout time was 18:57 (definitely not my best, but respectable considering where I’m at right now).
