After another 5 days away for a trade-show in San Diego, I find myself desperately searching for something I lost a few weeks ago… routine! Its so easy to fall off the tracks and find ourselves using that as an excuse not to get back to our regular workouts. Well, let me be the first to tell you – STOP IT! Get up and get back to working out… so I picked myself up and pushed through a rather uneventful workout. But the kicker is, at least I got a workout in.

Might not be much, but gave my legs a nice tingly warm feeling. I guess they’re still there. until next time, don’t forget when that voice gets in your head and starts making excuses, just tell it “shut the heck up! and stop doing squat, and squat!”
