Moose running

A do run, run, a do run, run…

not a song that the Moose enjoys, but it will be my new theme song for the next 6 months as I set out to learn to run.  My legs were already sore from yesterday’s ball runs, but I persevered and plodded through today’s WOD.

The workout is simple – 3 rounds for time of:

  • 400 meter run;
  • 10 x burpies;
  • 20 x double-unders;
  • 30 x push-ups;
  • 40 x air squats.

My time to complete – a slow 14:39.

Its a start.
