Great workout at Crossfit Langley last night. Workout was quick but effective (almost too effective as I tweaked my back a bit – inflamed S.I. Joint again)…
WOD was 5 rounds of:
Take as much time and rest as needed between rounds so you can manage the 20 unbroken pull-ups.
I completed the workout in just shy of 10 minutes, with about 30 to 60 seconds between rounds.
Feel pretty good other than my SI joint… a couple days of rest, stretching and moderate rowing should get me back to normal… frustrating, but my own fault for pushing it too much with my training and not enough rest days.
