Today’s workout was just what the doctor ordered. After a long and stressful day of meetings, meetings and more meetings, I needed to let loose on the weights. Thank you Coach DC for a great little burner at Crossfit Langley today. Workout was as follows:
Warmup 4 rounds of:
15x du’s, 10x ball slams
Strength Push press: 2-2-2-2 (I went 2 x 95lbs; 2 x 115lbs; 2 x 135lbs; 2 x 185lbs… took it easy due to back being a little weak)
Workout of the Day: 7 Round Metcon for time
My time to complete was 5:08
