Descending “Cindy” anyone?

Crossfit WOD Oct 15 2010

Just a quick post tonight.  This afternoon’s CF Langley WOD was a quick and dirty little descending ladder.  Reminds me of the more traditional girl workouts, Cindy, but with a little more flare.

Warm-up of 3 rounds of:

  • 15 x 25lbs ball slam;
  • 15 x 24″ box-step ups;
  • 15 x sit-ups.

Workout for time 21 – 18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3 reps of following:

  • Push-ups; air squats; and pull-ups.

My hands hate me right now!  Ah well, nothing a little polysporin can’t fix.
