Not sure what was in the water this week, but I guess when Coach DC is away the mice at Crossfit Langley will play. And play they did! After today’s workout, I’m not gonna lie, Pukie was lurking. What a week it has been. One long WOD after another… TGIF!
Warmup: 4 Rounds
Workout of the Day: 12-1 ladder for time
Note that first set is 12 reps of each of the below exercises, followed by a set of 11 of each, etc etc down to 1)
My total workout time to complete the descending 12-to-1 ladder was 37:58 (blah!)
