I’m not a fan of knees to elbows

Today’s workout at Crossfit Langley was quick and to the point.  Needed it for my psyche for sure.  Felt like a new man at the end of it and am thankful for my back putting up with the hanging power cleans. ;-)

Warm-up (4 rounds):

  • 5x pullups;
  • 7x clapping pushups;
  • 12x jumping squats.

Technique:  Hanging power cleans (3-3-3-3-3)

  • 3 x 185 lbs
  • 3 x 195 lbs
  • 3 x 205 lbs
  • 3 x 185 lbs
  • 4 x 185 lbs

Workout of the Day:  5 Rounds for time

  • 12 x 24″ box jumps;
  • 5 x burpees;
  • 10 x Knees-to-elbows

My time to complete was 4:47… and I was spent!  Great workout day – good to have you home again Coach!
