Today’s workout at Crossfit Langley was quick and to the point. Needed it for my psyche for sure. Felt like a new man at the end of it and am thankful for my back putting up with the hanging power cleans.
Warm-up (4 rounds):
Technique: Hanging power cleans (3-3-3-3-3)
Workout of the Day: 5 Rounds for time
My time to complete was 4:47… and I was spent! Great workout day – good to have you home again Coach!
