Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! What a great night tonight. The whole family made the trip out to Crossfit Langley for the 5:30pm class. The girls were busy coloring while Mom and Dad crushed a couple of WOD’s. Gotta say, love working out with my lady there. Makes me push myself a little bit harder…
Warm-up (5 minutes):
I completed 11 rounds in 5 minutes.
Technique/Strength: Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
Met-con: 8 minute AMRAP
etc, etc, etc… for 8 minutes.
I managed to finish my set of 14 pull-ups, 28 squats at 7:40 on the clock… this was a beauty of a met-con and a nice way to end the night’s workout. Taking a moment to absorb everything, its rather incredible the amount of work I was able to complete in 8 minutes: 105 pull-ups and 210 squats total!
