I can honestly say that the last few days have been heavenly for my body. After 4 days of no working out, pure stretching and a couple sessions with my doctor friends, I was feeling great tonight. The momentum, once I got it going, kept me moving well after the clock started ticking. The below is a great little burner that I highly recommend. Will get your whole body moving, and if you are anything like me, the sweat will run freely.

The Warm-up: 4 rounds
Workout of the Day: 7 rounds for time
My time to complete the workout was 9:04 – I’m happy with this but was aiming for an overly ambitious sub 8 minutes… all good though, something to shoot for next time.
