Man!  All this training is going to be the death of me… I don’t think so.  Lots of great things worked on last night.

Remember the film, “Good Will Hunting”?  Well, I choose the wrench…

Warm-up:  2 rounds (use 20lbs Dynamax ball)

  • 7 x chest ball passes;
  • 7 x left side ball passes;
  • 7 x right side ball passes;
  • 7 x between the legs passes;
  • 7 x squat/thruster passes.

Technique:  3 rounds

  • 5 x reverse lunge into a 30″ box step;
  • 5 x 16kg Kettlebell wind mill per side;
  • 5 x 65lbs good mornings;
  • 5 x 24kg 1-arm kettlebell swings per arm.

Workout of the Day:  Annie with a Twist

  • 50 x Double-unders;
  • 50 x GHD sit-ups;
  • 40 x Double-unders;
  • 40 x GHD sit-ups;
  • 30 x Double-unders;
  • 30 x GHD sit-ups;
  • 20 x Double-unders;
  • 20 x GHD sit-ups;
  • 10 x Double-unders;
  • 10 x GHD sit-ups.

My total time to complete was 9:30.  Today I’m feeling it… I just keep telling myself, “Pain is just weakness leaving the body”… repeat.
