I had an amazing workout this morning at Crossfit Vancouver. Comprised of 3 mini workouts that were short and sweet… but joined one after another, was definitely a challenge.
Today’s Workouts:
WoD # A: 5 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Rest 5 min
WoD # B: 5 minute AMRAP
Rest 5 min
WoD # C: 5 minute AMRAP
Note: To score this workout add up your total rounds and reps i.e. A 2.13 + B 3.03 + C 3.04 = 8.20
My final score was A 2.6 + B 2.12 + C 2.27 = 6.45
