I love to workout outdoors; and last night was no exception and with a beautiful sunset as our backdrop, it's easy to see why I feel the way I do. Eight of us met at Kits beach to complete WOD #4 from the
long list of no equipment needed workouts.
The Workout:
- 10 Rounds for time of 10 burpees, 100 m sprint
My
time to complete was 10:47
