Mondays are a funny day. Always starts out busy… and finishes pretty much in the same fashion. But once the dust settles, I’m left with nothing but an urge to get to the box and throw down a WOD to burn off the pent-up energy from sitting in a chair and/or being on the phone all day.
Warm-up:
Technique: Push-press (3, 3, 3, 3)
Workout of the Day: (for time)
For some reason I had a small aneurism and did 75 burpees… ah well, the extra 5 were for good measure. My time was 18:26. A beauty little WOD and did the trick perfectly. Stress be gone!
