Getting ready for Taranis which is only a few days away, and of course, had to burn off some steam so made a pit stop on route home tonight for a quick workout at CrossFit Vancouver. The WOD was an oldy but a goody – the Olympic Total.
WOD: Olympic TotalAdd your 1 rep max Snatch with 1 rep max Clean & Jerk for a total weight lifted
My shoulders were still roasted from my Studeo 55 WOD from yesterday, but I was happy with my score of 400 (185 Snatch + 215 Clean & Jerk) – not PR’s by a long shot, but am happy with them regardless.
Have a rip at this one next time you feel like throwing some weights around to burn off some steam – you will not be disappointed.
