After a weekend of fun and WOD’ing at the CrossFit Taranis Winter Challenge, I’ve found it difficult to take a couple full rest days. To the chagrin of many friends, I’ve skirted the questions and remarks and just WOD’ed anyway. Mistake? Probably. But nonetheless, I’ve enjoyed my new-found zest for classic CrossFit workout challenges.
Tonight at CrossFit Vancouver, “Isabel” was the Leaderboard Tuesday posted workout of the day.
135lbs Snatch, 30 reps for time.
My time, a new PR I might add, was 3:34!
I’m still pumped about it… and after a 15 minute soak in the hot tub, I’m starting to feel my shoulders and back again… LOL! kidding.
I wonder what my next CrossFit classic will be? Suggestions?
How about “Kelly” or “Bradshaw” or “Eva” yeah, thats the one “Eva” do “Eva”. 800m run / 30 – 2pood KB swings / 30 – pull-up / for 5 rounds. Enjoy it sunshine!! And in the words of Fitness Lonnie, “Let’s get it!!” BTW – nice work on the PR my obsessed little friend
