CrossFit Workout: The Menage a Trois

Hello 2012!  

What better way to bring in a New Year than with a fantastic team WOD, CrossFit BC style?  Today’s workout was just what I needed to hit my internal reset button and get focused for a great year of goal reaching.

A full house at the Noon class

WOD: “Menage a trois”

The Menage a Trois CrossFit BC WOD

In teams of 3 complete 3 Rounds of 3 Benchmark workouts

“Grace”

30 Clean & Jerk  at 95lbs for women/135lbs for men (note we went with 145lbs)

“Randy”

75 Power Snatches at 55lbs for women/75lbs for men (note we went with 95lbs)

“Annie” 50, 40, 30, 20, 10

  • Double Unders
  • Situps

Only 1 person can be doing a movement at a time, and you must do equal amount of work per benchmark.  Once completed the first benchmark, move on to the next, and continue onward until all 3 are done 3 times.  Post time to complete.

Our team today finished in 33:59

What a grinder!  But a fantastic way to bring in the New Year.
