Rowing Eva… a twist on an oldie

My girls popped by to take a quick peek at "daddy Moose" throwing down

Not sure what I was thinking today, but my ankle is still not good enough to handle long runs, so I subbed in the rower again on a classic “girl” workout this evening.  The workout, “Eva”, is a long, grinder of a WOD and one I’m not looking to repeat anytime soon.

The Workout:  ”Eva” (5 rounds for time)

  • 800 meter run (I rowed 800 meter instead)
  • 30 x 32kg kettlebell swings
  • 30 x pull-ups

 

My time, a long and agonizing 38:56.

And now I sleep.
