Not sure what I was thinking today, but my ankle is still not good enough to handle long runs, so I subbed in the rower again on a classic “girl” workout this evening. The workout, “Eva”, is a long, grinder of a WOD and one I’m not looking to repeat anytime soon.
My time, a long and agonizing 38:56.
And now I sleep.
