Happy Birthday, Katie! You’re only 30 once, and how appropriate to name your birthday WOD “Milestone“.
Due to my right ankle still being a bit “tweaked” I subbed in 500 meter rows for the 400m runs. Honestly, I would have preferred the run to rest my grip and shoulders, but made due nonetheless with what I had to work with. My time to complete was 19:31 ** Heavy Rx.
Congrats to Andrew and Ron for finishing up their first official CrossFit Workout of the Day. You guys killed it! Looking forward to our next Sunday throw-down at Fitness Town Crossfit.
