Today officially marked the first of many Sunday Throw-Downs at Fitness Town CrossFit. Both Beginners and advanced “Firebreathers” popped by this morning to join in a group, community WOD. Nothing was left to chance as everyone left their marks in sweat on every piece of equipment they touched… watching everyone push themselves to maximal effort was simply put, for lack of a better word, “awesomeness” incarnate!

It was great to train with everyone today and I’m already looking forward to our next Sunday Throw Down!
A wonderful way to begin a Sunday! Thanks to everyone who took part, came to cheer us all on and kudos to the newbies (hopefully you will return, as you all did awesome!) Next time we have to make sure to get an earlier picture, missing an entire crew of folks, but none-the-less it was a fab morning!!!
