CrossFit WOD Badger with a twist

In preparation for the Canada West CrossFit Regionals at the end of April, yesterday a few of the CrossFit BC affiliate team completed a Hero workout “Badger” in pairs.  We broke off into 2 teams of 2 (man/woman) and ground out the following workout:

In honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, 27, of Virginia Beach, VA who was killed in Iraq 11 December 2007.

WOD:  ”Badger with a Twist”

  • 30 x Squat Cleans @ 135/95lbs
  • 30 x Chest to bar pull ups
  • 800 m run
  • 30 x Squat Cleans @ 135/95lbs
  • 30 x Chest to bar pull ups
  • 400 m run
  • 30 x Squat Cleans @ 135/95lbs
  • 30 x Chest to bar pull ups
  • 800 m run
  • 30 x Squat Cleans @ 135/95lbs
  • 30 x Chest to bar pull ups
  • 400 m run
  • 30 x Squat Cleans @ 135/95lbs
  • 30 x Chest to bar pull ups
  • 800 m run

 

Cheerleader and I completed the WOD in 38:47… this was one nasty workout.
