Am I being hunted?

I think there’s a target on me!  Why else would I (a Moose) be running so much?!  In the past few days between the 5km Spartan Race on Saturday, followed up with a 5km run on Monday, then Tuesday’s WOD at CrossFit BC… I’ve run more in the past 4 days then the last 2 months combined.

It must be hunting season! ;-)

 

The WOD:

Warm-up:  5 minute AMRAP

  • 10 x Mountain Climbers
  • 10 x Sit-ups
  • 10 x Handrelease Push-ups

I was 9 rounds on the nose.

Tech:  1 rep max weighted strict pull-ups

I worked to a max of 90 lbs with the lifting/dipping belt.

 WOD:  Run, run, run

  • 800 m run
  • 4 minute rest
  • 800 m run
  • 4 minute rest
  • 400 m run
  • 2 minute rest
  • 400 m run
  • 2 minute rest
  • 200 m run
  • 1 minute rest
  • 200 m run
My total time for the whole WOD was 23:37.
