Today’s WOD at CrossFit BC pitted two of the baseline workouts of the day together: ”Helen” and “Karen”. Either one of these women are bad enough on their own, but putting them together… forget about it!
Warm-up: Tabata Jumping Lunges (my score was 16)
Tech: Work on the movements used in the WOD
My time was a full-out-leave-nothing in the tank 18:22… felt like the first time I did Fran (but fortunately for me, no visit from Pukie)
If you are looking for a challenging WOD, this is one to try.
