Poolside workout with a speed rope
Just a quick post on yesterday afternoon's WOD in the Sun poolside in L.A.  Another great little-to-no equipment needed workout.

The workout:  10 rounds (not for time)

  • 10 x chest to deck burpees

  • 25 x double-unders (make them unbroken if you want to add to the intensity)


 

Remember with this one, just keep moving!  Find a pace and stick with it trying not to stop.
