Friday morning’s always come too quickly. That being said, waking up early to make the 7am class at CrossFit BC proved to be easier than expected. However, the only thing concerning me was whether I could bring the intensity so early in the morning.
Fortunately for me I got a boost of energy after the warm-up and felt pumped going into the actual WOD. The workout:
WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP
