Just another day at the office... sort of.  What did you do today?

Strength:  5 x 5 Deadlifts (find your max 5 rep weight)

 

  • 5 x 5 @ 365 lbs


WOD:  As Many Rounds As Possible In 10 Minutes


 

  • 10 Power Cleans @ 160 lbs

  • 10 Burpees (Athletes must jump with a 2 foot take-off, 2 foot landing onto a plate with hips fully extended)


 

My total:   4 rounds plus 10 power cleans
