A) Squat cleans (5 x 1)

My loads:   225 lbs, 235 lbs, 245 lbs, 255 lbs, 265 lbs

B) Reverse Barbell Lunges (3 x 8)

My loads:   135, 155, 175 lbs

C) Overhead squats (3 x 8)

My loads:   165 x 8, 175 x 8, 185 x 7 (oops!)
