Definition of “procrastination” is the act of procrastinating; putting off or delaying or deferring an action to a later time.
I know I’ve been guilty of it in many aspects of my life. I take ownership for that one. Watching this video entitled “Tomorrow” as it relates to health and fitness made me laugh. However, even though it made me smile, it also reminded me of the importance of setting some life-changing habits and the importance of recognizing when change is needed NOW.
