It's Christmas. Do you have all YOUR
shopping done?
I'm the stereotypical last-minute, male shopper. I treat Christmas shopping like a CrossFit WOD, and on December 24th around 2 or 3 pm I find myself chanting
"3, 2, 1, go!"
And I'm off! (
It's one of the few times a year you'll see this Moose run
)
Shopping for time is somewhat stressful, I'll admit that, so this year I'm being proactive and not so last-minute - after all, every rep counts, right? To help those of you with similar tendencies, here's a quick list of a few of my favorite health and fitness gifts for the "Fitness Gear-head" on your Christmas list.

Healthy E-books for everyone on your list
I love e-books.
Their ease of use, accessibility and the fact that I can get anytime, anywhere has appealed to me for a very long time. And knowing that pretty much everyone has an e-reader, iPad or equivalent these days, it is a great last-minute Christmas gift that's only an email away.

The Paleo Hacks Book bundle for $37
I’m an advocate for healthy eating and living an active lifestyle. Over four years ago I found the Paleo Diet and it has helped me immensely. A few months ago I came across the
PaleoHacks cookbook
series and all I can say is I wish I had it four years ago! And for good reason as it is
one of the most comprehensive diet/eating plans I am aware of. Want to learn more about this bundle, read my product review
here.
The Ultimate Paleo Guidebook for $19
Your Guide to Paleo is essentially a 101 guide to all things Paleo. The authors goal was to create a product that would give all the information needed to jump-start a
Paleo lifestyle. Furthermore, they wanted to offer an essential resource for anyone who is already Paleo and looking for all the key information about the diet in one place. This e-book is full of
quality illustrations,
diagrams
and
explanations from start-to-finish, making it a very easy-to-follow guide for anyone with an open mind and willingness to learn.
