More energy, endurance, and improved recovery? YES please!

Let me be frank with you. I'm 37 years young and still competing with 20-something-year old beasts in a sport where I'm not classified as a "Master" until I'm 40. That being said, I've tweaked my nutrition, dialing in my training program and trying to regain mobility with the help of K-Starr and Mobility WOD. So the other day when upon receiving a message from Triberr, mentioning the possibility to trial a product called X 2 PERFORMANCE I had to think about it. Let me see...

More energy? Enhanced endurance? And improved recovery? Umm... YES! Where do I sign up?

That was pretty much my internal dialogue as I started to research the X 2 PERFORMANCE sports supplement. Feeling pretty honored that I'm one of a few bloggers chosen to sample the product, offer my own unbiased feedback, and share my thoughts and observations in several few blog posts. I'm expecting my trial 4-pack to arrive in the next few days and then it's go time!

Of course, I might have temporary blindness from the sheer coolness of this opportunity ( and yes, the "free-ness" too ), I recognize I know very little about this supplement.

Quick disclaimer - I'm not a scientist , I leave that stuff to Batman. But what I do know in doing some sleuthing on the inter-web and chatting with a couple of friends that have a lot of letters after their names, I found out that if you can figure out a way to augment the regeneration of  ATP , you'll have  WAY  more energy and endurance ( especially  when training).

Below you'll find more information which I was able to pull from various websites as well as a few extra readings on exercise physiology, ATP and the like.

Want to try X 2 PERFORMANCE for FREE?

you are awesome - really “Just so you know, I have been compensated to share my ideas on this topic. Sometimes it is in the form of products, or services or even money… But here’s the thing; I won’t  share anything with you that I don’t fully support. It doesn't matter what it is, or how much they are willing to give me, if I don’t believe in it, It won’t be on my site. Seriously. You’ll just have to trust me on this.”   ~ Moose
