  • You make two great points in the second paragraph about how working out in the morning helps to boost the metabolism for the rest of the day, as well as increase serotonin levels. I never really thought of how a morning workout would benefit me throughout the day, but I suppose it would. I just hate that I usually am tired the rest of the day or at least hours after.

    Morning and night workouts both have their benefits, but I would probably rather prefer night workouts, just because I could take a shower and go to bed right after rather than being tired for the rest of the day. But, I do understand that some people don’t have a choice and have to make the best out of their situation.

    The first 5 reasons you list in your infographic are all amazing reasons to workout in the morning and make me second guess whether or not I should be training in the evening or not. The feeling of accomplishment you have after a morning workout definitely stays with you as you go throughout your day.
