Love your food? Eat your way to a lean body this week

Love your food? Eat your way to a lean body this week
Is it possible to get a lean body simply by eating food?

Imagine that.

Eating, to get that body you've always dreamed of having.

Is it possible? You'd be surprised to know the answer is YES.

Now I know what you might be thinking:

  • This guy is trying to sell me something

  • I heard it all before

  • What weird tactic is it this time?

But I want you to know that there is no special trick or get-results-fast method. You won't find that here. In fact, you won't find that anywhere on the internet. There may be thousands of other "tricks" out there claiming to get you results in a flash, but reality is that it never works.

If you want results, you need to put in the hard work. You need to put in the effort and be consistent in your attempts, no matter what you wish to achieve.

Which brings be back to the title of this article: eat your way to a lean body this week.

I want to teach you a simple technique you can use to get lean and work your way to having a body your friends and family compliment you on.

By using this technique, you can expect to see results within a week.

You see, with today's easy access to fast foods, we've become accustomed to eating out more often. Not only that, but when we do eat, we tend to over eat too. Everything is being super sized so naturally, we eat more than we should.

Not only that, but we eat the wrong foods too. Here is a diagram showing the recommended food composition ratios :

And here is the diet of the average person in developed countries :

As you can see, there is a clear imbalance. We consume WAY too much carbs  in our diets.

Adding to the problem is our lifestyle. We live in the information age and therefore spend most of our times sitting in front of a screen. We might not WANT to, but we HAVE to for our work and general day-to-day needs......right?

As a result, obesity is on the rise and health related problems such as diabetes and hypertension is on the increase too.

Here in Australia, according to the Heart Foundation, compared to 1995, the proportion of Australians that are obese in 2012 has increased by 47% and it is predicted that by 2025, close to 80% of all Australian adults and a third of all children will be overweight or obese.

Don't be another person part of this statistic! Make changes to your life now! Think about your health and what it means to you.

What Does Your Health Mean To You? Does it mean...

  • Being able to play with your kids

  • Being able to play the sports you enjoy

  • Being able to enjoy life and do fun activities with your family

  • Being able to look good and feel confident

  • Being able go through the day with energy and drive

You can achieve this and it doesn't mean you need to turn your life around to do so. It can be done with a small step every day.

Here is an overused quote that comes to mind:

Back to the technique...

I guarantee that if you carry out this technique correctly, you will see results within the first week.

So what exactly is this technique?

Here it is: The “Food Swap” technique.

Replace one “bad” food you eat with one“good” food.

That's it! So simple, yet so effective.

For example, if you like soft drinks, replace them with water. And if you eat a chocolate bar as a snack during work, replace it with a piece of fruit. Replace chip/french fries with a salad or mixed veggies.

The idea is to substitute unhealthy foods with healthier alternatives. It starts with one food at a time, don't make drastic changes that are unrealistic. Replace one bad food at a time.

Try it yourself, you'd be amazed at the results. It's something so simple, but if you start it and stay consistent in your efforts, the rewards are huge!

Remember, living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you need to move mountains. Don't’ say to yourself “l need to join a gym, I need to eat clean. I need to do cardio!"

This is wrong.

You don't need to move a mountain. Just pick up a pebble.

Start small.
