   Today was the first day on my own with my two beautiful girls. Mommy (Christie or as on Twitter @Mom_OnTheRun) has just left for 8 days in Mexico… believe me, she deserves it! This is her first time away on a vacation without the three of us in tow in over 8 years. She is a big reason why I’m able to train as frequently as I do, meanwhile still assisting with operations of a multi-store fitness equipment chain. And I love her for it.
