    This morning I woke up to my girls jumping on my bed whispering to me, “daddy, what’s the surprise for today?” All week I’ve told them I had something special planned for them on Friday.     After a full day of getting the girls to school on time (again – LOL – believe me, its harder than it sounds), driving into Burnaby for meetings, back home to get them after school… and then of course, I had to get my workout in. Thankfully, Coach Darren is super cool about my girls coming to hang out at the box. Matter of fact, they are pretty low maintenance.

    I can honestly say that the last few days have been heavenly for my body. After 4 days of no working out, pure stretching and a couple sessions with my doctor friends, I was feeling great tonight. The momentum, once I got it going, kept me moving well after the clock started ticking. The below is a great little burner that I highly recommend. Will get your whole body moving, and if you are anything like me, the sweat will run freely.
