After a busy day of exhibiting at the Year of Science, Science & Sport Expo at Robson Square in Vancouver, I was in dire need of a good workout. Thankfully I was only a 10 minute drive from Crossfit Vancouver so I made the executive decision to Bee-line it to the 4pm class.
Man, do I have the worst timing or what? Why I chose today of all days to visit Crossfit Vancouver, I just don’t know.
Today’s workout of the day was an old personal favorite of mine – Murph – the original Crossfit Hero workout. Andy’s personal mantra was “Make a difference… Live life to the fullest” and he lived by those words every day of his life. He was an avid Crossfitter and a good friend to those at CrossFit Vancouver. Today I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in a special event put on by the CFV team.
