Man, do I have the worst timing or what? Why I chose today of all days to visit Crossfit Vancouver, I just don’t know.
Today’s workout of the day was an old personal favorite of mine – Murph – the original Crossfit Hero workout. Crossfit has been an amazing influence on both my personal and business life. I’ve never been in such good shape as I am now and I owe much of my success to Crossfit and the influence its community has had on me. As many Crossfitters will tell you, following the prescribed WODs (workouts of the day) as laid out on the .com or other affiliate sites is what makes it so much fun. Not only are you competing with your own goals, psychological and neurological limits, but you can measure yourself against others from around the world and compare your times, loads and work with theirs.
