Hats off to Coach DC at Crossfit Langley for a great workout yesterday. Taxing and fun all at the same time – is it possible? LOL! Apparently so.
Tonight I didn’t feel like doing a long, drawn out workout. Instead, I thought I’d try to get a maximum pump in 10-minutes. The workout is simple, complete the following exercises for 2-minutes each for a total of 10 minutes. Try to achieve maximum amount reps per 2-minute segment taking 30-seconds between each exercise. Add up you total amount of reps per exercise for a total score.
Tonight I was tight on time, but still wanted to get some sort of workout squeezed in. My legs are sore from yesterday’s squat session, so figured I’d focus on abs and upper body. So I put together a little time challenge for myself.
Today was a quick burner as I was tight on time, but staying true to my commitment to get back in shape I persevered. The Workout of the Day (WOD) was 5 rounds for time of the following exercise set…
Man, it has been a long, long time since I’ve posted anything about my workouts. I have to say, as much as I hate to admit it, I’ve been busy! I’ve been working out half-assed and not training with purpose or goals in mind.
After 2 weeks of nursing my right elbow and my SI joint, I’m starting to feel somewhat back to normal. Yesterday was my first workout back at the Crossfit, Vancouver gym and man! it was a burner.
