Alcohol is killer on the waistline
With the Yuletide Season upon us, we have endless amounts of Christmas parties to attend. And with no shortage of Christmas cheer we find ourselves indulging in one too many much of the time. Last night was my company Christmas party and I fell victim to "one too many". Now I find myself asking, what did I gain for my over indulgence? I'd love to be able to say to you I have some fabulous memories that I'll cherish forever and ever --- but that would be downright lying. In fact, all I got to show is a Sunday spent nursing my head. I'm still dehydrated and feeling sluggish and I know my workout tomorrow is going to suffer (Correction, I'm going to suffer)

And for fun, I came across a great application on the BBC website. Check it out and see just how many calories are in those drinks you had the night before. And to make it even better they also let you know what the food equivalent in calories would be. And get this, my total calories from last night was almost 1500! Can you believe that?!
