Saturday Workout of the Day at Crossfit Langley

You ever wake up sometimes and wish you could go back to bed?  Yesterday, I got that feeling when I read the whiteboard at Crossfit Langley.  Man!  What a WOD !


Workout of the Day:  6 Rounds for time



  • 135 lbs Barbell Complex 3 x 1 rep of Snatch High Pull, Hanging power clean, split jerk, Over-head squat

  • 100 foot bear crawl

  • 3 x Hand stand push ups

  • 200 m run


My time to complete was 24:48.


I'm feeling it today, but glad I got out of bed for this one.  Thanks Mark for programming this killer WOD !
