Fitness Town Crossfit hosts "Subzero Intergalactic Throwdown"

Hey friends, a group of us lower mainland CrossFitters will be getting together this coming Saturday to throwdown on 3 workouts. Funbobby Kwasny of CrossFit Subzero is hosting this online competition being held in over 15 locations across Canada. If you're around and available, come join us for a couple tough testing WOD's. With only a month till the online Sectionals a little competition experience is valuable in your training regiment.

Bobby's " InterGalactic ThrowDown" is an online competition with donations going towards a great cause.
"Two privately funded dog rescues here in thunder bay ( New Hope Dog Rescue ) that are in desperate need of monetary support. We will be asking for a voluntary donation that goes directly to the rescues, that's 100% of donations (not profits) will go to the dogs. Anyone donating $40 or more will get a special event t shirt that features the CFSZ "Marion the Snowman" logo in full effect on the back." ~ FunBobby K.

We will be meeting at Fitness Town Burnaby at 9am to start the workouts on Saturday Feb 5th. We don't have a huge facility but we should be able to handle heats of 4 or 5 people. Based on the time demands of 3 workouts we will cap the number joining us at 20.
