morning crew today for another fantastic pre-Christmas workout.
The workout aka "The Grinder"
1 mile run (I did 2,000 meter row), then
3 rounds of:
- 10 x Ring Dips
- 10 x 24" box jumps
- 10 x Toes to Bar
then,
800 meter run (I did 1,500 meter row)
3 rounds of:
- 10 x Ring Dips
- 10 x 24" box jumps
- 10 x Toes to Bar
and finish up with a 400 meter run (I did 1,000 meter row)
My total time was 27:27... thank you old St. Nick!
Big thanks to allowing me to join along with the morning crew to Cafe Zen in Kitsilano for a most amazing breakfast. Great people, great food and of course great conversation! All round, just a perfect way to start my Christmas weekend!
BTW - only 2 more sleeps everyone! Merry Christmas!
