A family that trains together stays together

A family that trains together stays together
As the adage goes, a family that works out together, stays together... well, I think it goes something like that.

My workout of the day was simple.  Strength is all I wanted to do after a new Year's evening of poor diet and lack of sleep.  And strength is what I had.

Workout:  5 rounds

  • Max Bench press @ 225lbs

  • Max Chest to bar pull-ups

My totals:

  • R1:  7 & 14 reps

  • R2:  7 & 14 reps

  • R3:  6 & 12 reps

  • R4:  5 & 11 reps

  • R5:  4 & 10 reps

Not great, but considering how my right shoulder has been feeling, I'll take it.

My next post will focus on my 2012 goals both long and short-term for business, training, family and everything in between.  Have you set any 2012 goals for yourself yet?
