Choosing to do what you know you should be doing

Choosing to do what you know you should be doing
Today, I didn't feel like working out.  My head just wasn't into it.  You know that feeling, I know you do.  However, as low energy as I was feeling it just reaffirmed me that I HAD to go and get a workout in.  It's those moments when we are at our lowest that we have to make the decision to get up and get it done.  Today was that day for me, and I'm so happy that I didn't listen to that little voice.

Question:  What do you do when that little voice in your head tells you it's okay to not do what you should be doing?
