Work Up To 1 Rep Max In 20 Minutes. 1-2 Minute Rests In Between Sets
- 3 x 135lbs
- 3 x 155 lbs
- 3 x 185 lbs
- 2 x 205 lbs
- 1 x 225 lbs
- Fail at 245 lbs... my back wasn't quite feeling 100% yet
Workout of the Day: 12 Minute AMRAP
- 15 x Feet elevated, hand release push-ups;
- 12 x 24 kg kettlebell swings;
- 9 x Knees-to-elbows
I completed
7 rounds plus 30 reps
- those push-ups were killing me! Definitely need to work on those more.
