CrossFit WOD: My first encounter with "Pheezy"

CrossFit WOD: My first encounter with "Pheezy"
Of course before celebrating my eldest daughter's birthday last night, I had to get a quick workout in.  On the board at CrossFit BC was a hero WOD that I had never tried before --- FUN!

The WOD:  "Pheezy"  3 Rounds For Time

  • 5 Front Squat 110/165

  • 18 Pullups

  • 5 Deadlift 155/225

  • 18 Toes-To-Bar

  • 5 Push Jerk 110/165

  • 18 Hand Release Pushups

My time to complete was 13:47 (those Toes to bar were my nemesis! especially wearing my Nike Romaleos... I think I'll wear my Inov-8's next time)
