Just a couple quick posts on my past 2 days of workouts... loving how good my body has been feeling lately. I definitely attribute it to good nutrition and adequate rest... and of course, having a loving partner who is (VERY) supportive of my passion for my sport. Thanks

Monday's WOD at CrossFit BC
Part A: 3 rounds - Not For Time
- 3 KB Pushup
- 3 KB Renegade Row
- 3 KB Deadlift
- 3 KB Hang Squat Clean
- 3 KB Push Press
Use heaviest weight that you can handle. Rounds must be unbroken to count. Rest as required between rounds.
I managed to work my way up to
complete the complex with 2 pood
(32kg) kettlebells... my forearms are pretty beat up today from the Hang Squat Cleans but feeling great after hitting this complex hard yesterday.
Part B: Tabata Russian Twists
- Complete as many Russian Twists with a 20lbs medicine ball, counting your lowest round of 8 as your final score.
My score was 25
! New PR, up 4 reps from last time.

Teams of 4 (2 Men, 2 Women)
For time:
- 20 Partner deadlifts (455 lbs)
- 20 Handstand push-ups
- 20 Partner deadlifts (315 lbs)
- 20 Handstand push-ups
- 20 Handstand push-ups
- 20 Partner deadlifts (455 lbs)
- 20 Handstand push-ups
- 20 Partner deadlifts (315 lbs)
This one was a beauty! Our group of 5 (3 women, 2 men) completed the WOD in 16:38. I'm thinking that at Regionals we may see some teams complete this WOD unbroken and sub 6 minutes.
This weekend is going to be awesome!
