Doing things we don't want to do and feeling great about it

Doing things we don't want to do and feeling great about it
Sometimes it is just a matter of perspective.  Admittedly this past Monday I wasn't quite feeling myself, probably due to lack of sleep and over training without enough recovery downtime.  However, after some introspection I came to the conclusion that the feeling I have immediately after the workout far outweighed the way I was feeling BEFORE the workout.  Keeping that feeling front of mind fueled me to commit and push through the WOD... and I'm glad I did.

Do you ever do things you don't want to do, and do it with a smile on your face anyway?

And with that, I want to throw a big shout out and thanks to an incredible power couple, Jenn and Blake !  They pushed me during this workout in a big way... you want to be inspired, check them out on Facebook.  Stay tuned as they will also be launching a blog detailing their personal stories and "how-to's" of fitness.  You will be amazed and inspired both at the same time.
